When will I get my order?
Here's how it works processing an order with JBM.
1. Processing time: Once you place an order online, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to process it. We then prepare you order to be shipped with AusPost.
2. Transit time: Once we sent your package via AusPost, if you're location is within Australia, it will take up to 1 to 8 business days. Rest of the world takes between 6 to 27 business days.
Note: We don't operate over the weekend and national holidays. If orders are placed on these days, we will ship your product the next business day.
